The closing ceremony Floating on water - Get swimming with DPE

On August 23, 2019, at 2 pm, Dr. Niwat Limsukniran, Deputy Director General of the Department of Physical Education chaired the closing ceremony, "Floating on water - Get swimming course with DPE", which was offered to the interested general public. This year, the attendees learned how to achieve natural buoyancy on water surface, basic methods of assistance when encountering drowning victims, or even first aid methods for those who drown before medical attention. The course was held from August 19 - 23, 2019.

The event was honored with a visit by Capt. Lady Paweena Thongsuk, Director of Division of Mass Sports, Mr.Suchart Chayman, Nakhon Si Thammarat provincial Tourism and Sports, Asst.Prof.Dr. Kanata Thatthong, President of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University, Ajarn Jeeranan Preechacharn, Assistant to the President for Sports Affairs, and interested parties totaling more than 50 people at Nilphayak Room, the Office of the President, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University.

Giving speech in the closing ceremony, Dr. Niwat Limsukniran said, "I would like to emphasize that those trained on how to bring skills, knowledge and good things to know gained from the training throughout the 5 days to be used and disseminated for the benefit of society in the future.

Finally, Dr. Niwat Limsukniran, Deputy Director General of the Department of Physical Education conferred the certificate of participation for the course to all attendees, and presented a token of appreciation to Mr.Suchart Chayman, Nakhon Si Thammarat provincial Tourism and Sports. The event ended with a group picture taken of all participants and guests.
