NSTRU’s 6th SEA-TEACHER project welcomes a group of SEA-TEACHER Students from the Philippines and Indonesia

At 09.30am of August 7th, 2018, Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanata Thatthong, President of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University, Mrs. Kasama Pakdeepun, Assistant to the President for International Affairs and staff from the International Relations Department (IRD), NSTRU warmly welcomed a group of 5 students from the Philippines and Indonesia including, PGRI University of Yogyakarta, Indonesia; Halu Oleo University, Indonesia; Ateneo De Naga University, Philippines and University of Santo Tomas, Philippines.

They will be student teachers at the Demonstration School for one month from August 6th, 2018 – September 3rd, 2018, which is under the project of “The 6th SEA-TEACHER”. It has been organized by SEAMEO (Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization).

In addition, the President of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University has given his private transportation to student teachers for rotation in using, and assigned the students and teachers from the Faculty of Education to be the academic mentors to help them in terms of teaching and experiencing Thai culture in Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University throughout the whole project.
