Giving speech by NSTRU administrators to sportsmen for getting ready to the 46th Thai University Games

On Thursday 8thNovember, 2018, Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanata Thatthong, President of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University together with the administrators gave the blessed speech to all sportsmen, coaches and staff who would attend the 46th Thai University Games.

Nakhon Si Thammarat University sends over 200 athletes and coaches of seven sports: Petanque, beach volleyball, volleyball, Sepak takraw, football, basketball and futsal to Phuket Rajabhat University, the South preliminary round during November 11-16, 2018, and expecting all 7 types to enter the 46th Thai University games.     

Joining the 46th Thai University Games is aimed at having NSTRU students develop their sports potential at a higher level and meet with other students. This will lead to students’ physical strength as well as development of sports circle in Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat Unversity.  

The Office of Higher Education Commission, by Thailand University Sports Administration Committee scheduled the 46th Thai University Games on January 11-22, 2019 at Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University under the name “Rajabhat Ubon Ratchathani Games”. The objectives are for students to demonstrate their sports capacities and for promoting students’ health and to screen athletes for the national teams.
The results of the screening round will soon be announced by Public Relations Section.

The event featured the scholarship presentation which supported by the Viphavadi Rangsit Foundation by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanata Thatthong to Miss Monthip Sriraksa, a 5th year education student majoring in social studies.
