Nakhon Si Thammarat Governor and NSTRU administrators explore the Holy Water source “Khao Maha Chai brook” before used in the royal coronation ceremony




On Tuesday 5th, 2019, Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanata Thatthong, President of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University together with staff from the Central Administrative Division, Science Centre, and College of Art and Culture warmly welcomed Mr. Jamroen Thippayaphongthada, Nakhon Si Thammarat Governor and his delegates who accompanied him on the occasion of their courtesy visit to Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat Universit to explore the Holy Water resource “Khao Mahachai brook” where is located in Moo 7, Tha Ngiew sub-district, Muang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province.

The University has been coordinated from Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial to look after and improve the landscape to develop such areas as holy water that can be consumed. By jointly planning to develop water quality, landscape starting from the entrance road, and the surrounding area to become a learning and tourism destination. In addition, people will be able to bring holy water to perform various auspicious rituals. Most of all, the Holy Water is also prepared for use in the royal coronation ceremonies, pledge of allegiance to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun.
