NSTRU signs an agreement with CAT Telecom Public Company Limited

On July 2nd, 2019, at 08.30am, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University held the agreement signing ceremony with CAT Telecom Public Company Limited to use the CAT Corporate Internet service and the internet network installation contract with FTTX technology (Fiber Optic to The Room) for the student dormitories.

The signing ceremony was held at Sudhorm Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, the Office of the President, by having Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanata Thatthong, President of Nakon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University and Khun Supphakit Yodkaew, Director of CAT Customer Service Office, Southern Region, who represented the two organizations in the agreement signing ceremony. In addition, Dr. Sompong Raksatham, Vice President, Asst. Prof. Dr. Wichit Sukhatorn, Vice President, Asst. Prof. Dr. Uthai Kuhaphong, Director of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, and the management team from CAT Telecom jointly witnesses the ceremony.

The welcome address was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanata Thatthong, President of Nakon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. He also claimed that, “He was impressed throughout with the services of CAT Telecom”. Meanwhile, Khun Supphakit, Director of CAT Customer Service Office, Southern Region said that, “We have the readiness to service and grateful thanked you to NSTRU, as one of the organizations that always trusting and using the service of CAT Telecom.

Before the signing ceremony, Asst. Prof. Dr. Uthai Kuhaphong, Director of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology referred the background details in early period of this project, a lot of problems and obstacles occurred. Anyway, the university and CAT Telecom have jointly solved those problems and crossed the barrier until causing the agreement signing.
