Business English students win prizes from The 3rd English language Skills Contest

Congratulations to a group of bachelor degree students from the Department of Business English of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University, on wining the prizes from the 3rd English Language Skills Contest, which was organized by the Language Centre, Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University.

The event was held at Promyothee Room, 4th Floor, Race Building on August 7, 2019. The purpose was to develop Thai students’ English skill (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) in order to allow Thai students to communicate and work effectively in the globalized world.

The judges evaluated each contestant using international scoring criteria and decided on the following winners of each category as follows:

- Storytelling -
Winner: Mr. Natthaphong Takaew, 4th year student
2nd runner-up: Miss Kesinee Khutranont, 4th year student

- Singing contest -
2nd runner-up: Miss Suphaporn Yaowanak, 4th year student
Honorable mention award: Miss Ketmanee Parewiset, 2nd year student
Popular Vote award: Mr. Thitiwong Thaebthab, 1st year student

- Speech contest -
1st runner-up: Mr. Wongphuchit Choolee, 2nd year student

- Research presentation -
1st runner-up: Mr. Thanaphat Putkaew, 4th year student
2nd runner-up: Miss Nalinee Wichaidit, 4th year student
Honorable mention award: Miss Jiraporn Kongmun, 4th year student
