NSTRU had a parade show for Makabuchaday and gave the monks clothes at the Great Noble Relic Stupa of Phra Mahatat Temple”

On March 1st, 2018. administrators, lecturers, staff and students of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University held a parade show on Makhabucha Day 2018. Asst.Prof.Dr. Kanat Thatthong, acting President of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University, lecturers and students took part in the parade. The purpose of this event was to help the Thai people who practice Buddhism to make merit together, have cultural activities for Makhabucha day, to support Pramahatat Temple and also to promote tourism in Nakhon Si Thammarat. This event preserves old cultures and traditions for the new generation. One part of the activities was the giving of clothes to monks in order to show respects to Buddha. The 5 monks were given clothes by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of King Rama 9, His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn.
