The International Relations Department (IRD) joined the Graduate School in welcoming Mr. Louis Fernandes, the International Business Manager of USQ, from University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Australia.  The ceremony started with the University presentation by IRD team followed by a welcome speech from Asst.Prof. Dr. Ladawan  Kaewsinuan. In attendance were NSTRU Ph.D students, representatives, and administrators from the Graduate School.
