Personnel Support

The university has a fund to support personnel development aimed at enhancing qualifications, academic positions, knowledge, abilities, and experiences to keep pace with current situations. This is for the benefit of improving education quality and fulfilling the university’s objectives. The regulation regarding the university's personnel development fund was announced by Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University on February 13, 2024. The fund has supported nine academic staff to receive educational development grants from fiscal year 2021 to 2023. Additionally, 51 academic staff have been approved to receive academic work development grants from the fiscal year 2021 to 2023.
