In 2021, the university ranked the 1st in Thailand, recognized as an excellence in sustainable community development.
In 2022, the university ranked 1st in the Southern region and 7th nationwide, recognized as an excellence in sustainable community development.
In 2023, the university achieved 6th rank in ASEAN, recognized as an excellence in sustainable community development.
Research Awards
In terms of research, the university has received national awards from the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, as follows:
In 2022, the university received the Silver Award at the "Thailand Research Expo 2022" for the project titled "Marvel of Praparao, Khao Luang, Nakhon Si Thammarat."
Also, in 2022, the university received an award from the Regional Development and Management Unit for Outstanding Research 2022 for the project entitled "Managing Pra forest (Elateriospermum tapas) resources towards Creative Economy and Sustainable Conservation" at the "Future Thailand" event.
In 2023, the university earned the Bronze Award at the "Thailand Research Expo 2023" for the project titled "Upgrading and increasing the value of Lipao handicraft product to become the unique product of Nakhon Si Thammarat."

1. Instructor Watee Trubsin, the program director of the Cultural Management and Creative Economy program, and currently serving as the Assistant to the President, was assigned the role of Director of the Cultural Center, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. He was honored with the "Phet Pra Na khon" award for outstanding cultural contributions on July 27, 2021, in the field of cultural tourism, as part of the cultural appreciation project "Phetchaburi City Gems" organized by the Office of Arts and Culture, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University. This award aims to recognize individuals with remarkable cultural achievements in various fields. The "Phet Pra Na Khon" award received by Instructor Watee Trubsin in the field of cultural tourism is presented to individuals who initiate, promote, and support cultural tourism activities and local museum management. |

Instructor Watee Trubsin, the instructor in charge of the program in Cultural Management with an Economic-Creative approach, was awarded the plaque of recognition by the leading agency for declaring the conservation area of natural and cultural heritage (community declaration as a provincial heritage) as the leading university driving the strategy for conserving and revitalizing old community areas under the Old Community Declaration Project as a provincial heritage. This was on January 25, 2023. |
